LISA CALDWELL THERAPY

Services
I provide psychotherapy for individuals 16 years and older navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, life transitions and relational challenges. My approach is grounded in deep compassion, respect for your lived experience, and a belief in your innate capacity to heal and grow.
In our work together, I integrate traditional talk therapy with body-based (somatic) approaches, offering a holistic path toward greater awareness and resilience. I am fully trained in Lifespan Integration, a gentle and effective method that supports nervous system healing and helps resolve the lasting effects of trauma without re-traumatizing.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for a change, therapy can be a powerful step toward clarity and connection - with yourself and with others.
Sessions are available both in person and virtually, allowing for flexibility and comfort as we begin or continue this meaningful work together.
About
I’m Lisa Caldwell, M.Ed, MA, LMHC, and I offer psychotherapy for adults and teens (16+) in a warm, compassionate, and trauma informed space. My approach is grounded in empathy and deep respect for each person’s story, and I often incorporate Lifespan Integration to support healing and integration at a deep level.
I consider it an honor to walk alongside individuals who are courageous enough to engage in therapy. Whether you’re navigating trauma, seeking greater self-understanding, or simply needing a safe place to land and process, my goal is to provide a supportive environment where you can reconnect with your inner strength and move toward healing.
Outside the therapy room, I find peace and renewal in nature- especially when I’m on the water. These moments remind me of the resilience and flow that are possible in each of us.
